In this role you are responsible for designing and improving business processes and services as part of Avinode Group's desire to continually improve value delivery to our customers. The purpose of this role is to understand the group's vision and strategies and drive organizational change and transformation initiatives to grow our SaaS commercial capabilities. Your portfolio of projects will focus heavily on enhancing operational efficiency both within and across Customer Success, Customer Experience, Product & Finance teams. You will report to the SVP Commercial Development.
What you'll do:
Improve how we work
Conduct needs analysis, data analysis and discovery to hone and clarify objectives or problems we are trying to solve.
Seek out best practices for SaaS and subscription business models - identify opportunities to apply those best practices to our processes and measures.
Define and scope solutions to challenging and complex processes, while optimizing core business systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, etc.
Ensure key processes are well defined, documented, supported by our systems, measurable, adopted and adhered to.
Assess what's working and what's not with a drive to make it easier to do business - both for our internal customers and our external customers.
Monitor key metrics (such as conversion ratios and time between process milestones) to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and where improvements are needed.
Work closely and coordinate with CRM product owner, data engineer and other internal teams for execution and delivery.

Manage a portfolio of projects
Follow and role model Project Management best practices.
Deliver in a Lean, agile and iterative way (not waterfall approach).
Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure optimal collaboration, seek common ground and alignment.

Have the perfect blend of enough technical ability to configure systems such as Microsoft Dynamics as well as consultative business acumen to drive change in process.

You also have
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years hands-on experience in sales operations or similar
5+ years project management experience
Experience working at a SaaS company
Dynamics CRM experience is a huge plus
Ability to travel internationally
