hela Sverige We are strengthening the Information Security Team and have new position as Business Risk Specialist who will support the business in risk management and lead the IT Security team within the IT function.
Tasks / Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for a small team of three to four employees
Responsible for the IT Security strategy and roadmap
Assist the organisation in coordinating information security and IT-related tasks and ensuring that information security reflects EnterCard requirements.
Implement, maintain and improve the information Security Framework and verify that it is adhered to.
Handle information security compliance issues towards local laws and regulations.
Operational risk; identify, evaluate and monitor business processes, risks, controls and actions to be taken to strengthen the control environment.
Business Impact Analyses, protocol and control testing to secure quality in all processes.
Liaise with people inside and outside of EnterCard to facilitate the management of compliance.
Take active part in the IT Management Team and other relevant forums
Profile
Proven track record within a business risk and/or governance function, supporting different business areas. You have Experience from IT Risk management, IT audits, preferably from the finance and consumer loans industry. You have an analytical mindset and strong communication skills. You are structured and work methodically through complex tasks. You know how to facilitate and present an idea and you are proud to call yourself a team player. You see the value of stakeholder management and build proactively a network of contacts. You have a creative mind and enjoy solving a problem. You are fluent in English and one Scandinavian language.
