hela Sverige We are strengthening our Risk & Compliance capability with a new Business Risk Specialist position. The Business Risk Specialist will work across our business covering Analytics, Digital, HR and Strategy.
Tasks / Key Responsibilities
Oversee the risk management activates with focus on operational risk; identify, evaluate and monitor business processes, risks, controls and actions to be taken to strengthen the control environment.
Responsible for identifying and assessing risk an controls on a quarterly basis in assigned areas
Exercise oversight of all related governance in assigned areas.
Coordinate and support in audit processes and support lean mapping processes.
Business Impact Analyses, protocol and control testing to secure quality in all processes.
Liaise with people inside and outside of EnterCard to facilitate the management of compliance.
Take active part in relevant forums
Profile
Proven track record within a business risk and/or governance function, supporting different business areas. You have Experience from IT Risk management, IT audits, HR audits, Lean processes, preferably from the finance and consumer loans industry. You have an analytical mindset and strong communication skills. You are structured and work methodically through complex tasks. You know how to facilitate and present an idea and you are proud to call yourself a team player. You see the value of stakeholder management and build proactively a network of contacts. You have a creative mind and enjoy solving a problem. You are fluent in English and one Scandinavian language
