Business Relationship Manager Web & App
LYNK & CO is seeking a Business Relationship Manager for the global Web platform and Consumer App platform, to support the launch of the global LYNK & CO digital commercial platform.
As Business Relationship Manager for Web & App you will be globally responsible for ensuring a coherent web site architecture and consumer app framework for LYNK & CO globally to serve the business capability roadmap for web and app channel presence.
You will be responsible for the technical roadmap and architecture principles, alignment between business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements including SLA:s and also service lifecycle management.
You are a team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:spirit environment.
The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at LYNK & CO HQ, but will require travel to Geely HQ, Hangzhou China. The position includes global responsibility.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Ensure a coherent web site architecture and consumer app framework
- Technical roadmap and architecture principles
- Alignment between business, functional and non-functional requirements
- SLA:s and service lifecycle management
Profile and Background
- Ability to inspire actions - to challenge and foster creativity and innovation as well as driving continuous improvements.
- Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cultural awareness, global/international experience
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Ability to travel
- Extensive experience of web and application architecture in various technical and business mgmt. roles.
