YOUR WORKDAY
As Business Relationship Manager you will be a key member of team defining the right IT strategy for The Absolut Company, Chivas Brothers and Irish Distillers (Brand Co's), all part of the Pernod Ricard Group. You will be managing the relationships with key stakeholders across the different brands, creating legitimacy through their work in transforming business plans into a clear IT Solutions Roadmap.
In this Business Relationship Manager role, it is important to have a good dialogue with all stakeholders including local CFOs and CODI members and adopt to their contexts. As part of the roadmap, you will share, recommend, and promote existing as well as new solutions that could help the business. Part of the Roadmap will be to get a good understanding of the demands across all teams including production, digital marketing, and sales.
On a practical level you will organize and/or participate in committees and workshops to prioritize actions to be done. As Business Relationship Manager you will also create a communication framework with reports, dashboards etc. to be used by CFOs and other stakeholders. You will also be part of the budgeting process, managing the process from end to end.

ABOUT YOU
As Business Relationship Manager at The Absolut Company, we believe that you need to have the following experiences and competences to be able to be part of our Convivialité;
• Strong Project Management skills
• Must have Management Experience (projects, processes and people)
• Ability to manage project budget
• Must have experience dealing with various levels within company
• Demonstrated expertise in large scale IT environments
• Proven track record of institutionalizing leading-practice methodologies and processes
• Experience in various functional areas (sales & marketing, strategic planning, operations, etc.)
• Master or equivalent in computer sciences, or similar/relevant degree
• Fluent in English
