hela Sverige NCC Industry IT are recruiting a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to provide leadership and direction regardig the digital technology agenda within IT and NCC Industry's business
If you are that talent you will:
• Provide the vision and leadership for the team - both strategic and tactic
• Deliver proactive, business focused infrastructure and technology services that enable rapid business growth and compliant business operations
• Manage teams and people responsible for business support services and infrastructure solutions
• Be a central part of the IT management team and develop Industry IT as an organization together with the business
Personal Qualities and Experience
• Great interest in and experience from working with emerging tech such as Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence, Business Automation or other relevant technologies
• Innovative and brave change maker - not afraid to test new ideas. You should also be able to take full responsibility, and are not afraid or uncomfortable to take responsibility beyond your comfort zone.
• Several years of experience within IT Management, ideally with a consulting environment or as an line manager/IT Manager
• Experienced in creating, running and leading projects teams made up of IT consultants
• You must be able to work in a senior management team and drive the development of an organization
• You should have a high-level view in your approach, both strategic and in regards to leadership
• You must be ambitious, hungry for new ideas and delivery orientated
• Need knowledge of key delivery models for IT projects and services
• Experience of producing IT services based on business requirements
As the BRM you are tasked with the following:
• Relationship management
• Demand (tactical actions, request for change)
• Execute Sourcing strategy
• Service catalogue management
• Communication
• Service delivery management
• Application management
• System delivery (SSA) -Technical service areas
• Technical service catalog
Location
Location for this position will preferably be in HQ Stockholm
