We are looking for a Business Project Manager with change management and training skills.

Publiceringsdatum2015-05-04Dina arbetsuppgifterThe ambition with the STRIPE program is to create standardized processes and solutions, based on best practice within the Volvo Group, that easily can be installed at sites worldwide. Support is needed to initiate the work with Change Management, Communication Management and Training.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
• Excellent communications skills with good influencing skills, also able to create trustful relations in spite of cultural differences and geographical distance.
• Good change management experience and demonstrated ability to set demanding targets and to motivate teams and individuals to deliver outside their comfort zones in alignment with the Volvo Way and the Code of Conduct.
• A a work approach that can be described as collaborative, analytic, creative, pragmatic and autonomous and is very focused on delivery.
• He/She is able to handle multiple tasks ranging from overall supervision and coordination down to hands-on work to develop materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of â'flexibility', including the ability to network effectively across a diverse organization and to build enduring relationships across functional areas and geographical areas.
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
