Business Project Manager Web & E-commerce
Lynk & Co is about to start to develop our Global web and eCommerce and we want to hire the best web/ecommerce business project manager in town! Your responsibility is to be drive the web/eCommerce development project from the business side. All the way from project initiative to implementation and sign off. Do you want to be part of where it all happens?
You will be part of the Customer Experience team and report to the department Digital Development. You will work with marketing, product development, and business technology support teams to be able to realize our strategic roadmap. You use your knowledge of marketing and digital processes and your business acumen to guide cross-functional teams in the execution of Web and eCommerce projects, in close collaboration with the Business technology Project Manager.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, focused person with an entrepreneurial mind and an ability to find new ways of doing things. You will always put our customer in the center while creating digital solutions. You like working in a fast-paced environment and are driven by the desire to improve the online experience for our customers. Ability to adapt quickly to change, multitask and prioritize work in a fact paced environment are other key qualities needed in this position.
Furthermore, we are looking for a person with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and with strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up.
Responsibilities and tasks
This role will lead business projects related to our Web and eCommerce solutions by defining business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, implementation activities and project time and budget management.
- Conduct business analysis and create flow diagrams of core business processes that new systems development will support
- Define detailed business requirements necessary for systems development and deployment
- Create micro user journeys for Web and eCommerce
- Create test cases and requirements traceability so that deployed solutions meet the expectations of internal stakeholders and customers
- Create project timelines and drive progress to meet deadlines by overcoming obstacles with creative solutions
- Responsible for guiding project team members, removing obstacles, and gaining consensus from the project team and stakeholders
Profile and Background
- 5+ Years of project management in digital global projects
- Knowledge and experience of working within retail segment
- Web & Ecommerce project experience required
- Demonstrated ability to initiate projects, create project charters and gather detailed requirements
- Ability to identify, communicate and mitigate risks
- Demonstrated success at controlling scope and establishing change control processes
- User interaction design capability
- Ability to develop and execute test plans for project implementation
- Experience communicating to and training internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of developing customer/user journeys
- Demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional and cross-platform solutions
- Understanding of application integration
- Experienced in working with global solutions and target groups
- Experience of Agile projects
