At Massive we are currently looking for a Business Project Controller for our studio in central Malmö. This is truly a unique opportunity for someone who wishes to become a genuine Business partner to the studio and wants to work in an international environment. Reporting to the finance manager, the business project controller will support and work closely together with the producers and associate producers on financial issues on different game projects.
A business project controller is responsible for providing key financial services and it's about budgeting and forecasting, maintaining compliance with our policies and financial analysis. You will work autonomous and with various tasks - everything from the behind-the-scenes details to the big picture.
Responsibilities
Preparing and following up on project budgets together with project management
Coordinating and contributing to financial forecast of production project
Conducting various kinds of financial analysis
Drafting and presenting monthly performance reports to producers, finance and production management, HQ and other stakeholders
Providing ad hoc analyses and reports on various topics when required
Benchmarking projects to similar projects within the Ubisoft Group

Furthermore, you have a self-starter mindset and a proactive attitude. You thrive in an active work environment that is in constant motion, and your good analytical skills together with structural ability allows you to efficiently come up with accurate conclusions.
If you have an interest in video games, and are familiar with different video game media that is an advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS
3 + years of relevant experience in similar position, preferable in a large company towards the production and projects
BSc level education in finance or equivalent
High degree of IT literacy, specifically in Microsoft Excel
Experience in drafting and presenting reports
Knowledge of BI-tools and budgetary tools an asset
