Business Process Owner- Logistics and Production (BPO)



Dynapac Process Owner (SAP4/HANA (S4) - Purchase to Pay, Quote to Order and Order to Cash)



Dynapac has initiated the mission to roll out SAP 4/HANA within the whole organization as a standard ERP system for Customer Centers (CC's), Distribution Centers (DC's) and Product Companies (PC's) worldwide. This process involves mapping all current Dynapac systems and implement the new optimized Dynapac solution in SAP 4/Hana.



Job description



Dynapac Business Process Owner is a functional/business position focused on the Logistics and Production processes in the CC's, PC's as well as DC's. The BPO will have a full understanding of Dynapac Logistics systems and Processes and will be able to create a common solutions that is shared by all entities while eliminating the satellite systems as much as possible. You are a key member of the SAP 4 Hana implementation team and Dynapac Logistics Team.



The key responsibilities and activity areas are:



• Provides both strategic and tactical direction and leadership excellence for designing the future state Logistics processes within the Dynapac S4 template.
- Responsible for the global Logistics process design within the Dynapac Project.
- Leads a team of Dynapac steady state business process experts.

• Manages a network of operational business process experts covering the Logistics processes.
-Works together with the Logistics template governance council in designing the end to end Logistics process.
- Leads workshops to design the future state Logistics process.

• Interfaces with business process experts to gather and document business requirements.
- Performs current versus future state gap analysis.
- Obtains sign-off and validation of the future state design from the Dynapac logistics council.
- Liaises with the SAP functional analysts in mapping the requirements into the SAP system.
- Develops and executes training for the future state processes.
- Leads the development and execution of the business testing.
- Defines and documents the detailed future process flows and business requirements.
- Provides status reporting and project level issue management and escalation to the project management office.
- Responsible for business process alignment and improvement, across Dynapac
- Owns and champions the Logistics within Dynapac and seeking consensus across Dynapac.

• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the global process throughout the project lifecycle, and establishing a robust life cycle management governance.
- Responsible for keeping the process model up-to-date with changing business needs, organization and technology.
- Will have to secure the deployment of the Logistics processes in the project scope supported by the S4 solution from a time, innovation, cost and quality perspective.

• Create a "willingness to change" atmosphere with the key users in the pilot countries and make sure that the key users are prepared for the go-live.

Mission


The mission of this position is to actively participate in the roll out of SAP 4/Hana and contribute to the development and delivery of change management in the Customer centers, Distribution Centers and Product Companies from a Logistics perspective.



Experience requirements



• Thorough knowledge and experience of logistical processes.

• Minimum 5 years of logistics experience including strong process and systems experience.
- Must have a strong analytical and problem solving background.
- Experience with Project Management Tools will be a plus.



Educational requirements



• The successful candidate should have a university degree in combination with experience of Business processes in industrial companys.
- Fluent in English. More languages is a plus.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate to both business and technical individuals.
