Job Summary:

A key aspect of this role is to provide a bridge between the business process and the IT solutions by supporting the business with the development of business requirements, functional specifications, business case development, KPIs, case scenarios, as-is/to-be flowcharts etc.

This role will develop good relationships with business key users in order to clearly understand the business demands and interactions.

The BPA will support the Process Manager and BSPM in the development of solution road-maps.

Job Content:

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the methodology used for requirements management within projects
• Assist the business to define business requirements on new/existing IT solutions
• Support the business in requirement prioritization
• Communicate business requirements to IT-solution partners/vendors
• Review solution proposals from solution partners in order to secure business requirements and alignment with application roadmaps and overall IT strategy
• Review test approach of developed solution in order to secure business process efficiency and value
• Support process management in accordance with the Volvo Group Process Management Directive and related controlling documents
• Facilitate workshops to analyze, design, develop and improve processes

Required knowledge & experience:

Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
• Degree or extensive equivalent experience in related discipline

Additional Important Requirements:
• Fluent in English - written and spoken
• Ability and willingness to travel as required
