hela Sverige Right now Mining and Rock Excavation (MRS) division is looking for a Business Process Analyst. You will be part of the MRS HR & SHEQ department and report to MRS HR & SHEQ Vice President. You will be located in Örebro, Sweden.
This position is a 12 months temporary assignment to replace our current Business Process Analyst that will be on maternity leave for 12 months.
Position objective:
To actively support and drive the definition, development and implementation of processes, solutions and best practices for the MRS division and other stakeholders, according to the MRS process framework. This shall lead to improvements in operational efficiency and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, in line with MRS strategies. Part of this is also to be responsible for HR and SHEQ reporting and analysis.
Mission:
• Create and maintain a reference framework that links processes to business strategic goals;
• Define and drive to completion process improvement projects together with respective process owners. Each process to be aligned with the MRS process framework;
• Provide standard templates, tools and training to safeguard the quality of process management;
• HR and SHEQ reporting, ensuring quality data, and that there is a good action plan to support improvements per company, that is followed-up;
• Perform other duties as required and assigned by management;
• Make recommendations to internal and external stakeholders for improvements activities.

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications;
• Knowledge and experience of business process management; preferably also with experience and knowledge from business process management software tool for process modeling (e.g. BizAgi);
• Experience from project management.
• Experience from working with reporting. Eg. Consolidating data, analyze and present the result.
• Knowledge of GPS reporting is an advantage but not a must.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a high level of flexibility.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of English, verbally and in writing.
