The Business Performance Director is responsible for generating and driving the vision of our multiple game studio strategy. This includes developing a way of working for our overall business strategy across multiple game studios. They will own the full cycle, from prototype to final product in the following areas: The Design and creation of the game / studio suitable business model, create and follow through suitable KPIs measuring game potential and success and form a sustainable business for our live games. Together with the other studio leaders they will be responsible for the studio function, from both a quality perspective and also a leadership/people perspective, to create a world class game development and a healthy work environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Be the game teams go-to-person when it comes to understanding of in-game KPIs as well as overall market trends.

Building an organisation that empowers the teams to optimise commercial opportunities and make the best commercial decisions

Infuse a business development mindset in the team

Support decision making with robust modeling and analysis, sharing these with teams and key stakeholders

Identify opportunities, build business cases and influence stakeholders to drive the growth of our games

Help bridge the gap between data and the game team, making sure we use data to inform our decisions where appropriate

Collaborate with Business Analysts and Data Scientists to generate insights, ensuring that we use data to create the best possible experience for our players

Engage in scenario planning using hypotheticals derived from data sets and KPIs.

Have a passion for games and a desire to create best in class products

Like to collaborate with diverse teams with varied experience and backgrounds

Know how to communicate complexity and ambiguity to stakeholders, verbally and in writing

Having a deep understanding and a proven track record in reviewing, supporting, and assessing the economic design of products.

Strong experience in statistics, being able to interpret them and communicate insights to others with less experience

Strong experience with forecasting, tying this into strategy and making data driven decisions

Strong experience in interpreting data within live services
-
Have prior experience in either the gaming industry or other industries with short implementation cycles

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm studio with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You'll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation. As we're an international company with over 20 nationalities working here, you need to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
