hela Sverige An important part of your work will be to manage resource allocation and lead a team of ten engaged and skilled engineers. You will also drive our business development, including the implementation of the Malmö office ABB Ability segment. As the implementation will create new demands and opportunities for our unit, you will contribute to the development of a standardized ways of working within our Power Generation units.
At the center of events you will have close collaboration with our sales organization and other departments in Sweden and globally. As a foundation, you hold a Bachelor or Master in Engineering along with solid knowledge of steering systems. Furthermore, you have a strong focus on business combined with a genuine interest in people - employees as well as customers. Previous experience in a management role is advantageous. It is also a plus if you have experience in power generation plants and an understanding of their clients' needs. Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike.
You will be part of Power Generation in Sweden. We operate within the field of automation and electric power and work with customers within hydropower, combined heat and power production, water & wastewater and infrastructure. We offer system solutions to our customers and take full responsibility for the plant, from the tender phase to turnkey plant. We are also responsible for planning, design, installation, programming and commissioning. Power Generation is a unit with 150 coworkers located at our offices in Malmö, Västerås, Sundsvall and Skellefteå.
