Poolia is recruiting a business oriented IT & S Manager for Sweden with strong project management skills to the Haanpaa Group. It is a new full-time position that will be based in Helsingborg.

Acting as IT & S Manager for Sweden you will initially work close to the operations focusing on different IT and business development projects for the Haanpaa Group. You will also have a traditional line function responsibility for Sweden.
A more detailed role description of the new position as IT & S Manager Sweden would be:
• Lead and manage the group's ERP (Transport Management System) renewal project (full- and part-time project members in Finland and Sweden).
• System ownership/development for the group: ERP (Transport Management System) and On-board-computers.
• Outsourcing co-ordination.
• Vendor relations.
• Support Business Unit management to improve customer operations and support processes and systems.
• Manage the IT&S function for Sweden.
The position requires travelling in the Nordic and Baltic Region (approximately 20-40 days per year).
The position reports to the group's Chief Financial Officer.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We believe you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree. You have minimum 7 years of relevant experience from an international environment.
As a professional you are both a businessman and a technician. It is an advantage if you have experience from logistics, transportation or other service industry.
You must have a thorough technical understanding regarding IT/IS and extensive experience from project management. Experience from negotiations with vendors/partners is also required.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Swedish is a prerequisite.
As a person you have drive and you are goal oriented, proactive and change oriented. You also have good problem solving analytical abilities and you are business oriented. You know how to make the internal and external customers' everyday easier, collaborate easily with others and you enjoy travelling.
