Responsibilities?
In your role as a Business Operations Director , You:
Supervise the on-site management of subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that all work is performed.
Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical
Drive innovation and continuous improvement efforts to exceed Seabird standards at all times
Hire, onboard, develop and manage a talented Site Operations team.
Manage operations to achieve deliverables within operational budget.
Develop goal setting for the performance and evolution of the Data Center.
Plan and execute long-term strategies related to data strategy and deployment.
Evaluate, select, and manage vendor relationships and performance.
Collaborate with the Executive Team to create a strategic business plan of operations and business growth in the specific location
Monitor the company's financial standing by following numbers and metrics.
Assist the Executive Team in executing operational and strategic initiatives.
Identify and implement new opportunities that grow a successful business.
Ensure that management sees easily actionable core metrics for all projects and products.
Pitch in during key project deployments wherever needed for the successful delivery of products and solutions.
Attend events related to business ideas, plans, and develop a strong relationship with potential business partners.
Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with external vendors
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Who are you?
Seabird employees are forward-thinking, enthusiastic, results-driven, and collaborative. Desired relevant experience of 12+ years with IT background with Business Management studies and a strong understanding of the FinTech industry.

Have worked on Greenfield and Brownfield data projects.
Are good working with remote teams and startup environments.
Have the ability to direct your own days, identify worthwhile projects, and take actionable steps to accomplish goals.
Are energetic, resourceful and do what it takes to get the job done
Can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
Have strong negotiation skills and able to build and manage long-lasting relationships.
