The mission of Digital Transport Operator, is to make the transport hauliers and operators business more sustainable and profitable through digitalisation. The group consists of Business Managers, Business Concept Managers and Product Information Managers.
Your duties
You will be Business Manager for one of our Business Areas. The Business Manager is the "CEO" of the business area. That means that you will lead your business area together with implementation and sales representatives, a technical group manager, product owners, and developers, in order to execute a growth strategy.
The position involves
Together with the business area defining and refining strategy to reach set goals
Profit and loss responsibility for the business area
Initiating new service concepts and acting as major stakeholder in the development of new solutions/ functionality
Your profile
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong drive to lead other people towards challenging goals. Experience from product management and/or sales from SaaS businesses will be highly valued.
You need to be well-organised, open minded and eager to learn, as well as being innovative and bold to challenge existing ways of doing things.
As a person you are a tech savvy team player with an ability to drive technological developments based on business needs. You have good communication skills, can easily relate to other people and represent your organisation in an external context.
You have a relevant academic education in engineering and/or business administration. You can express yourself in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
