Sales Region EMEA is responsible for the overall management and development of the distribution network as well as managing sales and marketing in Europe - Middle East Africa. Headquartered in Eskilstuna, Sweden, Region EMEA operates across three hubs namely North, West and South. Hub South's geographic coverage represents Africa, Middle East and Turkey. The Business Manager is the leading commercial interface between EMEA and the dealers for all Volvo CE and SDLG machine business with the dealer in assigned geographical area. Commercially responsible for all machine sales targets, including volumes, gross margin, market shares, price realization and market penetration on designated markets by managing commercial agreements with the dealers in the designated markets. Hub South consists of 69 countries, 24 dealers and a number of sub dealers.

We are looking for Business Managers with no direct reports. You will report to Business Director Hub South.

Core Responsibilities
• Take lead in driving Dealer Development together with Aftermarket Manager.
• Own and develop the yearly business plan with each dealer supported by the Aftermarket Manager. Together with the Aftermarket Manager, responsible for the executing of the complete business plan with each dealer.
• Through continuous presence in the assigned markets ensure a high level of market knowledge on, competitors, local pricing levels, trade regulations, customer expectations and market standard.
• Communicate the Sales Region EMEA overall business requirements to the dealers and work in close cooperation with them Monitor and report on dealer performance.

Required Competencies
• Excellent commercial skills.
• Well proven business drive and understanding of Dealer operations.
• Experience in working in an international environment and interest for different cultures.
• Structured with good skills in leading, communicating and being creative.
• Able to work independently as well as in team.

Required Knowledge and Experience
• Fluent in English and appropriate language skills for the relevant market/business area.
• University degree from relevant area or a minimum of five years' experience within the construction business Business negotiation skills/experience.
• Able to respond to travel needs within designated markets.
• Holistic view.
• Integrity.
• Strong networking skills- both externally and within Volvo.
• Achievement driven and self-starter.
• General understanding of customer operations within the construction equipment industry.
