Brightex Sverige AB is a young trading firm based in Malmo, Sweden. The company is engaged in trading of Electronic and telecommunication products in the International markets. Currently we are looking to employ a Manager who can successfully manage and build the company rapidly in Sweden.
The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment. He should have excellent communications skills with knowledge in sourcing as well as selling. The successful person should have cross cultural negotiation skills. The candidate does not only execute the leads professionally but also help to train and motivate the colleagues in the company when needed. The ideal manager should have basic knowledge of different currencies, international logistics and warehousing etc. Company also expects the candidate should be disciplined, hardworking, honest, accountable and very good team player.
Key responsibilities:
1) Purchasing and selling of products in the domestic and International markets
2) Develop new suppliers and clients for the company.
3) Develop new products for the trade.
4) Coordinate the team for successful execution of trade.
Key Qualifications:
1) Should have work experience in an International company for atleast 2-3 years preferably in Electronics/telecommunication industry
2) A Master degree in International Business /Econoics or Supply chain management.
3) Fluent in English with one asian language, Swedish is not compulsory but will be an added advantage.
