Business IT Manager
The Regulatory Reporting IT Solutions unit within IT Group Func-tions is a new unit for provisioning IT solutions to support new reg-ulatory demands. This gives you an excellent opportunity to take part from the start and help form the unit and build a strong team and operations to support the new regulatory framework.
We are now looking for a Business IT Manager, to be responsible for managing IT services between the business and IT partners. Your main focus is to make sure our business partners receive the right IT services, in developing and running IT solutions. As Business IT Manager you act on operational and tactical levels towards the Business partners, and support in executing on the Business IT strategy, including sourcing agreements with our IT partners. You need to have several years of experience of FATCA (Foreign Ac-count Tax Compliance Act).
You will be part of a strong team, working cross border and through an integrated reporting and data value chain. The environment is highly professional, with high degree of personal responsibilities. You will report to BCIO for Regulatory Reporting IT Solutions.
Regulatory Reporting IT Solutions unit has the mandate of manag-ing IT solutions to support the new Regulatory framework in the banking industry and especially in the Finance reporting area. Im-mediate challenges include solutions under development or im-provements to support e.g. FATCA, FINREP, G-SIB as well as central bank and other local statutory reporting.

We are looking for a person with strong commitment, drive and the ability to find good solutions to accomplish business requirements. Your daily work will vary between both operational and tactic work.
You are expected to have management skills (as line manager or project manager) combined with experiences from working with IT-related issues close to (or within) a business organisation.
The position is located in Stockholm. A certain level of travel can be expected as the role and responsibilities are Nordic.
