Tetra Pak® Services business is on an exciting journey and we have an extensive service portfolio offering specifically developed to meet the various needs of our customers. In OFSP Process team, we make sure that we can deliver the portfolio and follow up on performance.
In the role as Business Intelligence (BI) Expert your primary focus will be to fulfill the reporting requirements of Tetra Pak Services, OFSP process.
You will work together with the BI Coordinator for OFSP and report to the Global Process Manager in the OFSP team.
Position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Capture and analyze business and legal reporting requirements and validate them together with the BI coordinator and the global process team
• Support continuous improvement and report documentation
• Build and maintain the user interface
• Create front-end BI solutions
• Build queries with Query Designer
• Transfer knowledge to Super Users
• Provide expertise to the OFSP global process team
• Own technical issues and gaps and drive to resolution
• Participate in special projects
Qualifications
University degree/relevant work experience.
• 2+ years' experience in working with Business Intelligence tools - SAP BO tools (Query Designer, Design Studio) and PowerBI.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
