This position is within Corporate Services, with 100+ employees in Sweden, US and Sri Lanka. We serve the IFS Group and IFS Partners with IS/IT services and IS/IT projects. The BI team in Gothenburg works closely both with their colleagues in Corporate Services as well as with the functions they serve.
Your opportunity
In this role, you will work cross functional with all companies, countries, units and departments in the IFS group. In our organization you will have great opportunity to bring your own ideas and solutions to the table.
As Business Systems Analyst, you will analyze customer requirements and design solutions
in collaboration with the organizations we serve. You will work with implementing analysis models and visualizations supporting business processes.

If you are looking for a wide variety in work and duties, collecting requirements, data modeling, backend frontend development, test, training and 3rd line specialist building cubes, reports, performance indicators and fact tables, this is the job for you.
To be successful
To be successful in the job position you need to have
• Have an analytical mindset and a deep interest in BI/OI
• Are skilled in multi-dimensional modeling
• Have significant experience with Microsoft BI platforms (SQL-server 2014 and 2016, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Performance Point, Power BI)
• Enjoy working in international cross-functional teams
• Dare to think differently
• To be able to handle different cultural aspects in the job, experience from working in an international environment will be an advantage
• English language skills required to business standard.
