Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

This positions will be located in Lund. Travelling not more than 30 days per year is expected.
Main responsibilities;
• Service work including maintaining system availability, troubleshooting, solving functional and technical system problems
• Delivering design enhancements via projects & continue improvement initiatives.
• Project work including requirements gathering, dimensional modelling, solution configuration and development
• Analyze and resolve service incidents and requests
• Analyze new requirements and deliver solutions in project deliveries
• Deliver enhancements to service via project deliverables
Qualifications
• Dimensional Modelling
• SQL Server 2016
• Knowledge in creating tables, views and stored procedure (SQL basics)
• SSIS
• SSAS - Tabular model
• DAX query language (used both in Power BI and SSAS)
• Power BI
• Create model from database
• Visualizations
The person we are looking for has a university degree or a diploma from a specialized school. At least 5 years' experience in IT service and/or projects. Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing are important as the work requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners all around the world.
