Ellmount Interactive AB is a tech firm and the parent company for the Maltese based gaming operation Ellmount Gaming Ltd. Ellmount Gaming runs the rapidly growing online casino, Casino Room. Stockholm based Ellmount Interactive develops pin point solutions for web, CRM and its own back-end platform. The group has 66 employees in four offices around the globe, in Stockholm, Malta and Curacao, and we keep growing.
Due to our rapid growth we now wish to expand our Stockholm based team with a Business Intelligence analyst
The role and responsibilities
As a Business Intelligence analyst at Ellmount your role will be to design, develop and deploy BI reports and solutions to facilitate analysis of data across all services and levels in the company. This person will interact with all departments within the company. The person will create value for the company by providing detailed analysis on which business decisions will be taken.
Key responsibilites
Liaise directly CRM, product owners and senior management to define their requirements and deliver reports
Create daily and monthly KPI reportsUnderstand and analyze customer life time value and predict customer life time valueAnalyze and follow up on CRM and other marketing initiativesPrepare and deliver reports to senior management
Create and maintain reports for return on investment and other customer segment reporting
Create ad-hoc reports
Document all procedures, report logic and any other information which would facilitate future maintenance
You are
We believe that you are detail focused but that you can also take a broader view and see the big picture. You have an analytical eye and you like to take initiatives. You will have a key role in the company and you will be working across several teams within the company so a service minded and sociable personality is a must.
You need to have
We would like you to have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. We mainly use Tableau as BI software so experience with this package is a plus but not a must. This position is based in Stockholm, but the business language is English so its important that you are comfortable using English.
