Business intelligence Analyst to Central Controlling team

Then you might be our next Business Intelligence Analyst within the Central Controlling team.
The H&M brand controlling team works globally as a support, enabler & steering function to regions, business units, central support functions, brand management and group functions to reach their long-term profit growth & targets. This is done by following up the progress on our H&M brand plan, measure success through our customer centric steering model, driving global controlling processes & financial steering for the full H&M brand. This role will give you the possibility to be part of steering the full H&M brand!
Job Description
As a Business intelligence Analyst, you will work close to our core business in a diverse and senior team of business controllers and analysts with all different expertise & skill sets. The role will be an important part in the efficient and business-oriented controlling function that supports brand management, regions, group functions and all other stakeholders with key analyses & insights.
You will act as a business partner which includes the budget and forecast process and performing monthly follow up of actuals, providing financial support in different areas, while at the same time we need to setup an improved way of working and strengthen the steering and follow up of our customer centric steering model. By doing so you will work with a lot of different stakeholders across the full organization.
Key responsibilities
Build Power BI reports and data models that take H&M's analytical capabilities to the next level
Foresee future BI and analytical needs and drive the development of these together with relevant business - or Business tech (IT) stakeholders
Create reports and dashboards visualizing the output of analyses
Stay current on trends and best practices in Power BI and customer analytics
Collaborate with a wide range of business stakeholders to exchange ideas, data sources and analyses.
You will support during reporting of monthly cut and growth playbook with analysis & presentations for brand management and the full organization.

Qualifications
To succeed, you will need to take initiative, manage your own projects, communicate clearly with many stakeholders, and strive to truly understand our business from both a financial and a customer centric way. Parts of this role are highly technical. You will be transforming and visualizing large amounts of data for hundreds of users in a complex data environment. If you love building things, solving technical problems and learning quickly, you will feel right at home. If you want this combination - high expectations on both technical and non-technical skills - you will love this team.
We see that you have:
Previous experience within sales, controlling, merchandising, expansion, analytics or similar.
Experience and knowledge in PBI, most importantly is that you have a drive and curiosity to learn
Previous experience of working on a global level and regional level is considered a plus
Strong analytical skills and advanced skills in Excel
Having a holistic understanding of the business
Ability to communicate complex and large amounts of data through effective visualizations and dashboarding
Experience of DAX and/or SQL is meritorious
Understanding of the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources
A creative, curious and solution orientated mind-set

Additional information
This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm, Sweden, and you will report to the Head of central controlling team H&M brand.
