Job Description
Are you a seasoned Business Expert with experience in Order Management and ready to provide our customers with world class, customer centric and sustainable online order experience? Join Product and Move unit as a Business Expert in Order Management team, nestled within the heart of the H&M eCommerce.
About the team - Customer Order Management.
Order Management is responsible for Online Order Orchestration. We are the glue that keeps the order process together and interact with many stakeholders ensuring the best possible customer experience. The product mission is to provide Flexible, Reliable and Transparent Order and Return Processes, and to enable new business models and capabilities in an increasingly complex ecosystem.
What will you do?
As a Business Expert, you will be instrumental in ensuring the product meets the customer needs and bring value to the business. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, architects and other stakeholders throughout H&M focusing on prioritizing wanted effects for the products and how these can be translated into business value.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Order Management Expertise: Be a natural point of contact, working to create understanding regarding the product purpose and plan, both within a product and towards other parts of the organization.
Collaboration Champion: Working closely and collaborating with other teams within Business tech, with value-streams, regions, and other stakeholders throughout the company.
Product Development: Identifying new product features based on wanted business outcome by assessing feasibility and requirements.
Qualifications
We believe you are an ambitious person, full of drive and optimism. We also believe you are structured and thorough with excellent communication skills and driven to identify new possibilities and improve ways of working. To be successful in this role, we also see that you have:
Functional background: You have good business understanding of ecommerce and insights in Supply Chain.
Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams, inspiring collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
Customer Centricity: Capable of gathering, analyzing, and understanding customer and business needs, ensuring alignment with the product backlog.
Agile mindset: Functional knowledge of lean-agile development, methodologies, product vision creation, and product roadmap development.
Flexibility: You can tackle strategy alongside day-to-day execution and have a roll up your sleeves attitude. You are highly solution-oriented and quickly adapt to changes.
Curiosity: You are innovative, curious and have a willingness to learn.
English proficiency: Great communication skills in English.
