Job Description
Are you a seasoned Business Expert with experience in supporting product teams to create the best possible tech products for our stores and end users?
We are now looking for a Business Expert to strengthen our digital payments area by contributing to the Payment Enablement and Integrations Team. The team operates in the component layer that is responsible for producing composable payment solutions in a cost-efficient manner and completive time-to-market delivery timelines. The team collaborates closely with the experience layer which is responsible for the customer experience and the end-to-end value.

Role Overview: As a Business Expert, you will be accountable for ensuring a seamless payment experience for consumers and smooth financial integrations for our stakeholders. You will work closely with product managers, business experts, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders across the H&M Group focusing on prioritizing the effects wanted for the products and how these can be translated into business value.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Through a deep understanding of financial integrations to provide solutions for E-commerce channels.
Support back-end solution design and configuration when triggered by new markets, platforms, and services.
Working closely and collaborating with the experience layer, our business partners with strong stakeholder management skills.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvements to our existing solutions, and how we can make them even more efficient to enhance customer experience.
You will also interact and influence the payment enablement community within H&M to explore and enable new areas to realize even more business potential.
You will be part of a product team that shares the responsibilities of mitigating operational issues and solving payment challenges.

Qualifications
Your mindset and skills
We believe you can navigate and build relationships up, down, and across the organization, and manage expectations with stakeholders. You can tackle strategy and day-to-day execution and have a "roll up your sleeves" attitude. Attention to detail is key and we believe you have great problem-solving skills. You are innovative, curious, have a willingness to learn, and are a team player.
You have previous experience in any of the following areas: payment processing and optimizing financial flow, particularly within digital payment systems, financial integrations, and FinTech software development.
Great self-leadership skills with the ability to drive and set strategic direction and planning.
You can work independently and make certain decisions based on your strong subject-matter background.
You are familiar with software development and have strong business analytical skills.
You have strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile & Scrum)
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills cross-functionally.
Great communication skills in English.
