Training Services in Tetra Pak Services is globally responsible to develop and deliver competence development services to customers and Tetra Pak field force.
We have the ambition to be the leading competence development partner in the industry. To achieve this, we drive changes in our capabilities, our approach to learning and application of latest technologies.
In this position, you will be part of the Training Services global management team. Your main role will be to lead the Business development team for Training Services. You will work globally across the company both with direct reports and indirect roles in the clusters and market companies.
You are responsible for the interactions towards the other categories within Tetra Pak Services globally.
Main responsibilities
• Lead and develop the Business development team including the network in the markets.
Drive growth and profitability of the Training Services with a future looking mindset.
• Actively drive sales forecast and follow up on results.
Lead fact based opportunity mapping in collaboration with the markets and other categories by understanding the customer needs.
• Support the sales force through presence and by providing promotional and sales materials.
• Continuously develop and prioritize the customer offering.
Qualifications
You have a strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to lead and motivate others formally and informally. You are analytical, structured and agile in your approach and your communication skills are excellent. You need to have a solid business understanding and skills to transform strategic perspective into operational activities. You have a commercial and business development background, preferably with a Technical knowledge. You have experience from working in a global environment. Experience from Learning or competence development is a plus.
You have a university degree in Business Administration or within Engineering in combination with commercial experience. Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
