Maintenance Services in Tetra Pak Services is globally responsible to develop competitive maintenance services and the capabilities required to achieve excellence in delivery. This we do in close collaboration with the business development and field service operations organisations in the clusters.
We are on an exciting journey with a high pace of change, driven by the ongoing digital transformation of the industry as well as our ambitions to be our customers first choice.
In this position, you will be part of the global Maintenance Services management team. Your main role will be to lead the Business development team for Maintenance Services. You will also lead the global maintenance business development network and work in close collaboration with other roles in the clusters and market companies to drive the maintenance business. You are also instrumental in the interactions towards the other categories within Tetra Pak Services.
Main responsibilities
• Lead and develop the Business development team including the network in the clusters
• Drive growth and profitability of the Maintenance Services, with both today and the future in mind
• Actively drive sales forecast and follow up on results
• Lead fact based opportunity mapping in collaboration with the markets and other categories by understanding the customer needs
• Actively benchmark to understand industry trends
• Support the sales force through presence and by providing promotional and sales materials
• Continuously develop and refine the maintenance services and provide requirements to capability development needed to deliver.
Qualifications
You have a strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to lead and motivate others formally and informally. You are analytical, structured and agile in your approach and your communication skills are excellent. You need to have a solid business understanding and skills to transform strategic perspective into operational activities.
You have a commercial and business development background (preferably with a Technical knowledge) and you have experience from working in a global environment. Experience in maintenance is a plus.
You have a university degree in Business Administration or within Engineering in combination with commercial experience. Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
