Are you passionate about driving business growth and creating impactful strategies in the power systems domain? We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our initiatives in the Nordic Baltic region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the power systems sector
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business strategies with company objectives
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Key Success Factors:
Proven track record in business development within the power systems industry
Strong network and understanding of the Nordic Baltic market landscape
Strategic thinking, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English, proficiency in additional Nordic languages is a plus
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Solid experience in power systems or related technical sales
Willingness to travel within the Nordic Baltic region as required
