Job description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team.

This is a fantastic new opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial person who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. As a Business Development Manager, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, taking on new challenges and staying ahead of the curve.

You will work closely with the CEO to identify market opportunities and measure market performance, including the factors that have contributed to its success or failure. As the Business Development Manager, you will lead a range of projects, from launching new products in new markets to developing our service offerings and product portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a focus on achieving our overall growth objectives.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is confident and takes initiative. Collaboration is essential in this role, so we want someone who can build strong relationships and work effectively with others. As a forward-thinking individual, you should enjoy spotting opportunities and be naturally outgoing. Above all, the ideal candidate must have a strong ability to follow through and get things done.

This role can be tailored to fit the individual, but it is crucial to be hands-on, strategic, and have the foresight to see around corners. Responsibilities
Develop and execute business plans and strategies in collaboration with the CEO
Measure markets, how they have performed, and why they have performed as they have
Lead a range of projects that could include launching products in new markets, developing our service offering, and developing our product portfolio
Work closely with other parts of the company to ensure that we have a good operational day-to-day business
Be the entrepreneurial person that can help us grow

Qualifications
Ability to strategically plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives
Ability to manage complex business situations and negotiate with various stakeholders
Ability to collaborate effectively with other parts of a company
Communicative skills and experience representing a company towards external stakeholders
Passion for Eloflexs vision and goal of promoting independence and autonomy for people with disabilities
Good knowledge of Ms Excel
Relevant university education in business administration, marketing, technology or equivalent
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English

Experience
Experience of a similar position.
