Location: Sweden, Borås

Description:

A Business Development Manager acquires new business by focusing on target accounts in key segments Sweden. Main purpose is to convert new business and develop strategic partnerships to increase market share. The Business Development Manager carries a revenue quota and is continuously searching to break open new markets. You will be based in our office in Borås and work together with our Sweden sales.

Job responsibilities:

Manage entire sales process. Acquires new customers from prospecting and qualification, building executive relationships through contract negotiations, signing and handing off to account team.
Collaboration with sales. Handover prospect to account manager, agree on strategy and actively monitor and assist in closing the deal
Consultative approach whilst selling complex hosting solutions. Sell current product offerings and promotions. Point of contact for new business within the organization
Manage, lead and present in customer and partner meetings
Build brand value and awareness and opportunity hunt at Industry Events, including presentations and pitching
Outside ears and eyes. Continuously scout the market and gather Intelligence. Filter the information back into the organization
Detect sales obstacles, provide feedback, pro-actively improve internal processes and contribute to new solutions to sell effectively
Pipeline management to include sales planning and forecasting. Reporting using the appropriate tools such as Sales Force, active participation in weekly team meetings, monthly 1:1 meetings with team leader
Constant self-development and education on new technology trends, Hostplate product offerings and promotions and keeping up to date with industry news
Build an extensive network and become a reputable and trusted advisor amongst partners and customers within the industry

Requirements:

An independent, open, enthusiastic and inspiring personality.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a sales environment (internal and external)
Experience with and knowledge of the hosting landscape and data centers (service providers, manufacturers and technologies)
Experience in conquering new markets and implementing expansion strategies
Good communication and social skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Hunter by nature
Willingness to travel nationally and abroad
