WHO ARE YOU
We know that you believe in the power of people. We know that you have an analytical mindset where you are able to support HR's top management by turning analysis into proposals for business development together with your team. We know that you are great with oral, written and visual communication and presentation. We expect you to bring knowledge within change management and being able to inspire other's to see the road forward. You have an education within business administration, business development or other similar. You have worked a few years, likely as management consultant or business developer, and built business acumen. If you do not already have HR experience you are interested in learning a new domain and a quick learner.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Volvo Cars HR is responsible for driving the company's strategic agenda of becoming the Employer of Choice and "Bringing out the best" for each of the employees at Volvo Cars. HR Business Office is the strategy and governance function of HR, working closely with HR's leaders to set targets and build an organization that is truly up to the task.
In the role of Business Development manager you will:
* ? Translate analysis of current situation into development activities that contributes in fulfilling our vision - then be able to govern and drive these change activities.
* ? Organize working teams, coordinate, track and maintain transformation initiatives across the organisation.
* ? Work closely with the top management of HR and develop executive presentations & communicate around HR's agenda to the rest of the company.
