Who we are
Since our start in 2017 we have provided smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people - where we believe it belongs. Everything we do is based on one vision: to improve the world's financial health.

So far, we've helped Swedes, Finns and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. Lately we have gone even further, helping users get control of their day to day finances and even save for the future. But we aim higher: new markets, new products and new ways of improving people's financial lives. This means we need more brains and hearts to fuel our growth. That is why we are currently searching for a Business Development Manager - Strategic Partnerships to come onboard and add more speed to the Anyfin rollercoaster.

What you will be doing
During the second half of 2021 we spent considerable resources on increasing our product portfolio to the extent where we now see the opportunity to grow further and faster with the help of external partners. What shape and form these partnerships will take remains to be seen, but identifying, evaluating and executing them will be your responsibility in this role. Reporting to our CCO, but naturally working with stakeholders across the business your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

• Identifying potential partners that can help us grow our user base and lower our CAC

• Building business cases for partnerships to be presented to both internal and external audiences

• Manage the collaboration with external partners in the execution of joint projects

• Provide invaluable feedback to our Product departments in regards to alterations and/or new products to be added to our portfolio

Naturally this short description doesn't cover it all, we are a fintech scaleup afterall. We do hope however that we have given you the gist of it. You will play a crucial role in the commercial development of Anyfin and you will be working from a blank slate with a product that is already used by hundreds of thousands of users. Some would say it is the opportunity of a lifetime. We would not argue with whoever made that point....

Who you are
In order to be successful in this role you will need to combine a commercial mindset with a pragmatic business acumen. As you will be the first person in this type of role at Anyfin, you also need to be highly independent in your approach and not afraid to try new things or take risks. Additionally you cannot be afraid to try new things or take risks - no, that was not a typo. It's important enough that we thought we would write it twice. Moreover we would like to see evidence of the following when we review your background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, communications or other related fields.

• Experience working in a role which has been client facing with demonstrable results

• A track record showcasing your ability to turn ideas into actions and influencing those around you to work towards a common goal.

• An ability to always seek out win-win opportunities (aka partnerships) and create high impact materials to illustrate your case

In the end your attitude and mindset is what matters the most. If you combine this with an analytical mindset that allows you to back up your ideas, you are the one we are looking for.
