We are now looking for a Business Development Manager for a challenging and multi-disciplinary role, where you will be working closely with the management teams of the different Business Units, Production Units and the Staff & Support functions. The position is based in the Business Development department within the product area, having as one of its responsibilities to lead and support various important strategic initiatives for future growth. Job Summary
As Business Development Manager Aerospace you are responsible for all business development activities with the purpose to expand the sales of SMT aerospace products, having a special focus on re-melted bar products for the aerospace industry. You perform projects of complex scopes while being involved in developing new processes to meet project needs, and develop business relationships with aerospace industry actors. At the same time you support production units with in depth technical requirements to achieve needed quality certificates and approvals, i.e ISO 9100, NADCAP, AMS etc.
We are looking for someone with a relevant degree or equivalent competence through work experience, as well as minimum five years within Business development, Product Management and/or Sales. Work experience from the Aerospace industry is advantageous. As we operate in an international setting, your communication skills in Swedish and English are excellent, both verbally and in writing.
