With reference to the Business Development & Communication Manager you will be part of a team, driving processes across countries.
DT Group in Copenhagen, Denmark, is the Head Office for a number of European Chains within the building material and plumbing business (for example Cheapy and Beijer Byggmaterial in Sweden). As a coordinating factor between our owners in England, Wolseley, and the European business units, the DT Group Head Office drives and support the European units to carry out the strategy.
Your contribution:
• To support development with financial analysis and evaluations
• To develop financial basis and presentations for decision making
• To participate in cross functional projects within DT Group (Wolseley Nordic)
• To identify and evaluate investments and projects (M&A)
• To support the new area with hands-on assignments
• To identify key issues in potentially large and complex projects
Your profile:
• Strong analytical skills (above average) and strong communication skills
• Well structured and goal oriented person, who possesses the ability to maintain an overview with focus also on details
• Ambitious person with the drive to actively participate in projects and characterized by a service-minded and positive attitude
• Team player and eager to learn - and you are curious about each assignment
• Proactive and positive approach, coordination skills and can keep your head cool
• Thrive in a flexible and high tempo environment
Your qualifications:
• A relevant degree in economy at university level - e.g. MSc in Economics and Business Administration - with focus on finance and strategy
• Fluent in English - both orally and in writing - and understand the Scandinavian languages
• Advanced user of Excel and Power Point.
