hela Sverige VFS EMEA is seeking to recruit a young professional that will take the position as a Business developer VFS EMEA.
As Business developer you will be responsible to drive defined Business Development project from analysis to implementation within VFS EMEA.
You play an important role in the projects in the analysis phase, as well as actively contribute to the final recommendations and presentation of key findings to senior corporate leadership.
You will also be supporting the different head office functions in following up on decided activities related to the strategic direction.
You will report to the VP Strategy & Business Development and will work closely with the Executive Management team as well as the President of VFS EMEA.
Main activities and responsibilities:
• Translation of stated business needs into project objectives and development of the project approach to achieve those objectives
• Definition and development of project deliverables in an agreed time frame and to a consistently high quality
• Development of project methodologies and supporting tools
• Establishment of stakeholder relationships and maintenance of communication channels with stakeholders

Qualifications:
• Academic degree, primarily within business or engineering, with strong results
• Recent graduates or young professionals with minimum 2-3 years professional experience from any relevant area within automotive industry and financial services (e.g. trainee background, project management background, functional experience from sales, controlling, product planning/development, etc)
Required Background and Experience:
• Proven ability to analyze processes, structures, markets and technical areas, to solve problems and to identify improvements and having the ability to synthesize findings
• Clear understanding of project management principles
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Experience working globally in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent English and communication skills
• High performing with strong drive and high ambition
• Open minded with ability to network, as well as contributing as an inspirational team member in teams with diverse backgrounds
• Personal integrity and ability to exercise sound judgment and common sense
