As a business, we provide recruitment and talent solutions to some of Scandinavia's top tech companies and we are already breaking into the United States. As we grow we will be adding offices around the world, working these core markets: Tech, Life Sciences and Sales.
Recruitment is a truly diverse sales role and you are constantly selling and consulting, to both candidates and clients.
To be successful in recruitment you need to have these core competencies:
Drive - Your desk is your mini business and growing that business will be down to you.
Grit/resilience - There are a lot of 'no's' and a lot of setbacks
Smarts/ Creativity - Your product changes on every sell - Every company and person are different so you need to be adaptable and creative to change with your product
