At Finance and Business Control, F&BC, we are a diverse group of people with one interest in common. We want to create the next generation Finance organisation. To support in this journey we are now recruiting to our new functions within Finance Way & Innovation Office.

We are looking for someone who can make sense of complexity, bring people together and create focus on the things that really matters. Working within a demanding and cross-functional environment, you will meet different organisations with different needs and challenges. And as part of the Finance Way & Innovation Office you will help to form an inspiring team that drives change with focus on innovation and digitalisation. This role requires high levels of agility, visualisation and facilitation skills, experience in design thinking, lots of empathy, positive energy and a longing to solve 'wicked' problems.

As a Business Developer you will

Lead change initiatives with design methods and tools as the foundation (e.g. using Customer Journey maps, Personas and Service Blueprints)

• Coach and drive the development towards a customer-centric culture based on design thinking
• Connect design methodology with future process development within Scania finance
• In co-ordination with Scania standards, set the foundation for how to work with design tools within finance
• Be part of Scania's Service Design Network

As a Business Developer you have

• A university degree and are trained in Design Thinking, UX and/or Service Design

• Experience in driving change initiatives from start to finish
• Experience in leading and facilitate workshops and design sessions
• An ability to see organisations and services from a holistic view
• A natural curiosity to understand what drives business and human behaviour
• Strong visualisation skills and have an ability to create clear and compelling communication material
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
