About the role
Traton/Scania Autonomous Solutions are set to fundamentally change the future of transport, and we aim to be the leader in this development. Tremendous values can be gained in terms of efficiency, safety and sustainability when the transport industry is facing one of the biggest changes in history. We are developing the complete system for the autonomous transport solution. On-board and off-board systems are created to ensure that our solution can handle all challenges moving forward.
The development of these systems is generating opportunities but also challenges when the world of autonomy is moving faster, and the connection between technology and business keep getting stronger. We have created a global organization to handle this fast-moving environment for all brands in the Traton group and are now seeking our new Business Developer.
You will help the organization capture value by developing our methods and processes and connecting them to our Operating Model. We need a common framework to facilitate cooperation between disciplines, ensure efficient use of information and adherence to common principles. Eliminating waste by defining and reaching a normal situation is a key to our future success.

Your main areas of responsibility will be:
Define and develop Autonomous Solutions' management system.
Perform business need assessments, business risk assessments, and process analyses.
Lead process redesign.
Secure we work in accordance with our common strategy and our Operating Model.
Manage and resolve deviations and develop solutions.
Ensure effective change leadership, enable good cooperation and communicate with stakeholders.
Provide expertise and knowledge in lean methodologies and help internal customers apply them.

You will belong to the department Finance and Strategy, which supports the business with strategy management, business control and business development. You will cooperate with a wide network of colleagues and stakeholders within Traton and Scania. Who are you?
We are looking for a seasoned change leader, eager to support an emerging business. You enjoy process development, building a productive culture, and anchoring it in all levels of the organization. Your organizational, structural, and communicative skills will be key. Flexibility will be important too.
You have worked with management systems and lean methodology before and have profound knowledge in these areas. You have a relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
