What we offer
Volvo Cars Service Business is a unit within Volvo Cars, which is responsible for the worldwide aftermarket business. VCSB enables a hassle-free consumer experience and drive loyalty by delivering a personal, sustainable, and safe service experience through high quality and cost-efficient premium service operations. At our department Service Technology, we distribute spare parts, accessories, service and repair methods, special tools, and service packages. Our ambition is to be the preferred supplier of spare parts and service to our dealers and customers and thereby actively contribute to creating the best car ownership experience. The Product Catalogue team has the responsibility to develop a new e-commerce channel.
What you will do
• Business Development focus to support new business initiatives and services
• Coordinate market business needs of Product related information
• Develop new back end concept for new distribution channels
• Develop and set work processes for the Product Catalogue
• Maintain the Product Catalogue functions
• Set our requirements towards Digital
You and your skills
You are highly experienced in working with business initiatives from an end user point of view. You are used to working with media management and utilization, IT implementation and integration. You have experience within customer- and market analysis, also within data collection and analysis. You are good at collecting and verifying requirements. You need to be fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge about the Agile way of working and the SAFe framework is meritorious. Experience from Nevis, KDP and PULS is meritorious but not a necessity.
