Right now, we are looking for a Business Data Analyst for our B2C-team within Analytics Operations and Transformation. The B2C business in Sweden is a clear market leader and one of the biggest business units not just in Sweden but in all of Telia Company. As a Business Data Analyst in the Swedish B2C-team you will work closely with our stakeholders. You are the analytics expert and deliver value and insights by drawing conclusions from data and use those to make recommendations. You work with the whole array of explorative, descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis techniques. You will belong to our Analytics chapter where we share and learn from each other.
What is also included in the work as a Business Data Analyst within our unit is that you act as a bridge between IT and Business stakeholders. You need to understand what your stakeholders' need and translate that into business demands and requirements towards our teams working with data and BI. This means you will work and collaborate with different competencies such as data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, business managers, technical product specialists and business controllers - and it will require good people and stakeholder management and communication skills. You will work both hands-on with analysis while at the same time developing your project management skills, and leverage the insights gained in your analyses to create better analytical products. We are currently on an exciting transformation journey towards a modernized data warehouse so you don't want to miss this out as you can be part of shaping it.
You will report to the head of Analytics Operations & Transformation. Team composition may change over time as we grow our competencies and adapt to new circumstances. Your self-leadership skills:
Love to deliver value by finding new ways to employ data & analytics
Strong in building relationships with stakeholders on different levels
Ability to explain complex matters in an easy to comprehend way
You consider yourself a doer with strong focus on problem solving
Ability to keep the helicopter view while digging into the details, and vice versa
Your Experience:
At least 3 years' experience of working within roles as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Product owner or similar
Academic degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent
Analytical skills and the ability to comprehend, analyze and put numbers into insights
Communication skills with ability to customize messages to reach different competences
Ability to work with large amounts of complex data
Competence in SQL and Python
Proven ability to successfully drive analysis or other projects from planning to execution and delivery
