Ztorm is looking for a Business Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding business.

Summary

The Business Coordinator will play a key administrative role in supporting in the Sales and Business process and providing an important link with clients and prospects. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will work in a challenging and competitive environment, processing all sales-related paperwork, maintaining the internal business system, and arranging appointments to visit new and established customers.

Specific responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, amending contracts, booking meetings, and monitoring ongoing negotiations and deals. You will often be the first point of contact for customers, who may need assistance with orders, requests and complaints. Daily responsibility also include making sure each customer has the correct assortment of products and pricing, maintaining the internal business system and order flow. Other administrative tasks will include monthly reporting and sales statements to our suppliers.

Ideal candidates for the role will be efficient and adaptable workers with good all round administrative abilities, including excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular. Striving for accuracy in all tasks is a must. You must have excellent customer service skills and be a good organiser. Business level English is a requirement as we work in an international environment. Secretarial skills are an added advantage, as the job may involve taking on diary management duties for executives as well as taking minutes in meetings.

Description:

The Business Coordinator generates client leads, increases the number of customers, answers client queries and prepares sales documentation. A great portion of their time is spent on communicating and handling customer information. A Business Coordinator usually performs many of the following tasks:

• Raising quotations
• Handling customer requests
• Chasing sales quotes
• Maintaining good customer relations
• Answering customers telephone queries
• Producing reports
• Maintaining client records
