Business Coordination Office is a part of the Global Sales Operations organization and is among others responsible for sales processes, project pricing and sales administration. This team is now looking for a Coordinator to support our global sales organization and our customers around the world.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Coordinator in the Business Coordination Office you will - together with colleagues - be fulfilling the daily administration of our partner program and related activities. The focus may change over time, but initially you will be handling administration related to UPOS (Unified Point Of Sales). That is, administer files from distributors where they claim rebates according to our partner program and prepare material for credit notes. You will also prepare material for credit notes related to other rebates and incentives. Another key aspect of this role is to handle various questions and issues, mainly through email. During such work, you will be in a lot of contact with colleagues inside the Axis organization, both in Sweden and abroad, as well as with Axis distributors. Together with other Coordinators, you will be in contact with the IT department regarding issues, bugs or new development of the systems. Your role is then to explain the perspectives of the users, assist in defining new requirements and test the system before release. If time allows, you will also support in other administrative tasks managed in the department, e.g. price lists.

Key responsibility areas are:
