Job description
In the role as Site Controller, you will continuously have the overview and tracking of all costs at the site and work as a co-pilot to the Site Manager and other stakeholders in analysing the business performance. You will be working with cost and variance analyses on daily basis according to actuals, budget, and forecast. Based on the outcome, you will have a dialogue with stakeholders to propose actions in order to maintain margins. It is a hands-on controlling position and you will work closely to the production at the site but also act as a sounding board and financial coach to the site manager and management team. As part of the role, you will participate in preparing the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
Main tasks:
• Preparation of actuals, forecast, budget and variance analysis
• Tracking commodities and their impact on site profitability and actions to protect margins
• Analysis and tracking the key costs and propose actions to improve profitability
• Coordination of local -and group audits
• Preparation and presentation of business cases and
• Ad-hoc analysis and supporting local operational teams

Experience
You have bachelor's degree in Finance together with a minimum 5-10 years of work experience recently in a controller role of a manufacturing company, preferably automotive. According to systems you are an advanced user of Excel as well as working in complex ERP systems where SAP knowledge is an advantage. Your English is fluent, both written and oral, and you have established good communication and negotiations skills. As the position is in an international/cross-site organization we assume you have similar experience. If you know LEAN manufacturing principles and IFRS standards it is also a great advantage in this role.
Personality
As a person you are self-driven with a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with holistic view as well as digging into details when necessary. You have a good interpersonal skills and communicate easily with different stakeholders. You are a team worker and find it passionate working with people from various nationalities and cultures. Business travel will occur, and you will be located on the site in Mjällby on daily basis. We encourage and welcomes female candidates.
