Poolia is recruiting a motivated and analytical Business Controller Nordics to Carl Zeiss Vision. The position is full-time and is based in Malmö. You are offered a time-limited employment for 12 months. It is an advantage if you could start no later than November 1.

Arbetsuppgifter
You are offered a challenging and developing position in an international environment.
The Business Controller Nordics will have full ownership and accountability of the following main tasks:
Finance and Controlling
• Report, analyze, interpret, control, communicate and follow up on KPI's and business result
• Ensure timely and consistent financial reporting to headquarter
• Forecasting and budget process
• Accounting: monthly closing, bookkeeping, annual statements
• Tax and legal audit
• Communicate financial and performance KPI 's to business partners
• Lead finance department (2 direct reports)
Commercial back-office support
• Steer and educate sales team in financial and business related areas
• First-line advisor to colleagues in all financial point of view
• Back-office support on tender and price negotiations
• Own and run the pricing process
• Tracking of bonus and contractual obligations
• Track and follow-up on sales and marketing initiatives
• Participate in cross-functional projects
• Business case analyses and scenario analyses
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, probably with a major in Controlling, Finance or Accounting.
We believe you have 3-5 years of experience in a Finance or Controlling role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
It is important that you have a hands-on mentality and that you are action orientated with an international mindset.
In order to be successful in the position we believe you have a strong knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and accounting. You have previous experience in reporting and forecasting.
You are an experienced user of Excel and comfortable to handle complex data from different IT systems. It is an advantage if you have experience from SAP.
Fluency in speaking and writing English and in one Scandinavian language is a prerequisite for the position.
You are a team player, but self-confident and self-reliable, analytical, business oriented and energetic. You also have good communication skills.
