Business Controller Marketing
At Marketing Sales & Service & PR, you are part of an enthusiastic and driven team that have the mission to break conventions and create something new. You will challenge the organization on spend and budget adherence as well as act as an enabler. You are focusing on solving issues rather than pointing them out – still making sure that the performance is world class. As a part of the team, you will be very much involved in the operational work and need to have a genuine interest in marketing – preferably experience within the area.
As the marketing controller you will not only spend time on securing budget adherence, you will also be focusing on doing benchmarks, making sure the organization gets the most for the money. You are also expected to interact with external parties such as agencies and make sure that we receive expected value.
Global responsibility. Based in Gothenburg
Responsibilities and tasks
• Drive and challenge MSS in terms of efficiency and transparency
• Responsible for forecasting/business planning
• Establish and drive process improvement
• Coordinate and facilitate prioritizations on MSS total spend
• Analyze and challenge global spend
• Perform benchmark studies and propose actions based on this
Required qualifications
• B.Sc. Finance
• Project management
• At least 5 years of experience as a controller in a global context
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Dare to challenge and be the uncomfortable one
• Able to make other people feel involved and appreciated
• Appreciate that the only constant is change
