About the job
In this position, you're responsible for the financial reporting and consolidation closely connected to our Distribution Center. You're ensuring quality and accuracy of our overall forecasting processes and performing quality checks of our financial data. In collaboration with the team, you support our managers with relevant financial information that enables clear and accurate decision-making. You also prepare financial reports and are involved in the planning and implementation of our forecast process, as well as our quarterly and monthly executive summaries.
Close collaboration and frequent interaction with other teams within finance, operations, sales & marketing and our product lines is essential to ensure data alignment and best-in-class financial information flows. Heading towards the future, we also strive to find new, automated ways of working to ensure more effective, glitch-free processes that improves quality and increase quantity.
About you
We want you who have an academic degree within Business, Finance or Accounting, and a few years' experience from working in the field is very valuable. You bring advanced skills in modern Excel, and an understanding of SAP BPC and Power BI is a big plus. All in all, you're tech savvy and you know your way around different financial applications, systems and digital tools, and you truly enjoy qualitative analyzes and financial data monitoring. We're a global business, and you need to communicate and present information fluently in English, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.
Your personality is just as important to us! You're positive, enthusiastic and eager to explore, learn and share what you know. A good set of communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross boundaries is very useful. You're also structured and proactive as you balance multiple information and make sure to deliver timely results, even during shifting conditions. Add a passion for development and skills to pick up and rapidly treat new information, and you're the one we need for the job.
