We are currently seeking a Business Controller for Cibes Lift International, a smaller company within the Cibes Lift Group, including 7 team members. This role is newly established within the company and will play a major part in the company's business development. Your ability to forecast and analyze financial data will be crucial for our decision making and for driving and optimizing the financial performance of the business. That you also will be responsible for the company's accounting, provides you with breadth in your role and the opportunity to influence various aspects of the company's financial strategy.
In close collaboration with both our Sales Director, to whom you will report, and other functions within the company, you will have the opportunity to influence the establishment of this newly introduced function. You will represent the finance function within the company and will be responsible for developing the already established controlling and accounting processes as it has previously been handled through our shared service center. There are financial support functions, such as Group Finance and Finance Director Europe, as well as a global controller network outside the company to support you. We are looking for someone with an academic background in economics and at least 4 years of experience in controlling & accounting, as well as experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. It is meritorious if you have an interest in systems and automation as we are constantly striving to improve and streamline our financial processes. You are proficient in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
