What does a Business Controller do? In the role as Business Controller within BPM (Business Performance Management) you proactively work as a business partner to the Business division. You perform monthly results analysis and management reporting and run the forecasting process for your area of responsibility. In your role you analyse customer data, customer acquisition costs and OPEX as well as support in financial matters concerning new offers, campaigns and business cases. As part of your role you will also work with sales management, for example the development and evaluation of the sales commission models, as well as with performance management and channel profitability. You will also drive and support improvement/efficiency initiatives.

In Business Performance Management you will work close to our business, have the opportunity to build a large network and be exposed to the management teams.
Do we have a match?
To be suitable for the position we require:
Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or equivalent Fluent in English, written and verbal Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Controlling Deep understanding of financial and business models/analysis Proven track record from controlling and business performance management Experience in driving forecast and results analysis processes Basic to good understanding and knowledge in ERP systems Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication skills Open to change
We see it as a merit if you have:
Good developed skill of accounting and reporting Sales experience Working experience from the Telecom industry
